This journey is not a diet or a detox,

We will mainly analyse the behaviour aspect of a healthy lifestyle. These sessions will give you insights into the root of your eating behaviours. We will look into your eating story, food cravings, limiting beliefs & biases and dive deeper into the topic of emotions. We will also look into the aspects of self-care, stress, sleep and create a balanced Self-Care Toolkit. This journey is created to find ways to understand your habits to be able to rewrite your eating story, find your rhythm and nourish yourself differently. You will feel healthy empowered, strong and renewed with your new lifestyle habits
