We will look into your eating story, food cravings, limiting beliefs & biases and dive deeper into the topic of emotions. We will also look into the aspects of self-care, stress, sleep and create a balanced Self-Care Toolkit. This journey is created to find ways to understand your habits to be able to rewrite your eating story, find your rhythm and nourish yourself differently.
