Tanja Smits is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and is passionate to support people to find the joy in being well. She will empower you to create healthy and lifelong food and lifestyle habits. She specialises in intuitive eating, losing weight as part of making lifestyle changes, find the right foods for your digestion, balance hormones and the psychology of eating. Tanja also works alongside medical doctors to support patients with (pre) diabetes, cholesterol health, heart health, liver health, high blood pressure, thyroid imbalances and many more.
