The Balance Booster is a 21-day program guiding you to healthy eating all while creating lifelong habits. You can describe the program best as “wholesome foods” meets “intuitive eating” meets “meal-planning” meets “lifelong habits”. We will crowd out foods that are known to cause health risks, teach better swaps and include plenty nutrient-dense foods. During the FOUR weekly meet-ups we will cover the topics outlined below, check in with your progress & discuss your challenges all while keeping an important goal in mind: a healthier you and falling in love with your healthy habits.

Make Peace With Food

A 4-week course to explore your eating challenges and take practical steps to nourish yourself without food. For anyone who can use guidance to make peace with food.

  • Small group (8ppl max)
  • Self-reflecting work to finish each week (+/- 30min of your time)
  • One group meet-up every week (2,5 hours)
  • Only participate if you are a serious participant and commit to attending weekly
  • No willpower is needed, only an open mind

This course is not a diet or a detox, nor will you receive recipes, we are mainly looking into the behaviour aspect of food. You will get insights into the root of your eating behaviours, your eating story, your food cravings, food languages and biases
