The 21-day Balance Booster Program
Rewire unhealthy food behaviors under the professional guidance of Tanja Smits. Over these 21 days, you will:
- Enjoy wholesome food (vegetarian & non-vegetarian options).
- Learn to prepare healthy meals in under 30 minutes.
- Develop healthy food habits, both at home and when dining out.
- Understand how to optimally pair foods for better digestion and metabolisation.
- Discover which foods support gut health, hormone health, and weight loss.
- Learn how to detect food sensitivities.
- Achieve balance and lose interest in unhealthy foods.
You will receive meal plans, macro guidance, access to group calls (with recordings available), an online app for additional health insights, and a group chat for support.
This Balance Booster program – guided by Tanja Smits – has been successfully running for six years.
The program is outlined as follows:
- Oct 1-8: Getting prepared for your program
- Oct 9-30: 21-day Balance Booster
- Every Tuesday in Oct: weekly calls at 3 times to cover different time zones
- Online modules become available as your program progresses

- Delve into current health trends such as Hormone Health, Metabolic Optimalisation, Intermittent Fasting and how to connect these insight on your own health journey.

- Meal-planning, different ways to stay on top of your healthy habits
- How to continue your healthy eating habits with ease
A 4-week course to explore your eating challenges and take practical steps to nourish yourself without food. For anyone who can use guidance to make peace with food.
- Small group (8ppl max)
- Self-reflecting work to finish each week (+/- 30min of your time)
- One group meet-up every week (2,5 hours)
- Only participate if you are a serious participant and commit to attending weekly
- No willpower is needed, only an open mind
This course is not a diet or a detox, nor will you receive recipes, we are mainly looking into the behaviour aspect of food. You will get insights into the root of your eating behaviours, your eating story, your food cravings, food languages and biases
