The Art of Journalling
Journalling offers numerous benefits, including enhanced self-awareness, stress reduction, and improved mental clarity.
It provides a safe space for reflection, goal-setting, and problem-solving. Regular journalling can boost creativity, promote emotional healing, and strengthen well-being.
While working with hundreds of people in my 1/1 coaching practice, I noticed that everyone is attracted to a different journaling style. Some love jotting their thoughts freely, while others prefer bullet-point journals to tick off their daily health achievements.
Each journal is 12 weeks long, which is a great length to focus on a specific goal and not too long to lose focus. Neither of these journals requires fierce willpower, just your gentle willingness to create positive change in your health and wellness.

This journal is action-oriented; it will help you improve your daily meals to focus on feeling energized, satiated, and to crowd out unhealthy cravings. While being more focused on food, it also integrates elements of wellness.
