An easy side-dish, no more then 5minutes preparation time! Add it to any dish weather it’s a fish (very nice with salmon), meat or vegetable meal.
Recipe for 2 persons (depending the size of the cauliflower ;-))
EASY ◊ 5′ PREPARATION TIME ◊ 20′ COOK TIME
- 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-size florets
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 gloves garlic, roughly chopped
- Red pepper
- Salt
- Roughly chopped fresh thyme leaves
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic and red pepper in a casserole; sprinkle salt and thyme and toss again. Roast about 20′ or until tender.
